Terms & Conditions – SPRODE–JMGO VIP Laser Club

1. General Terms

• ₹1000 registration fee is one-time and fully refundable upon your first confirmed JMGO projector purchase via SPRODE INDIA.
• SPRODE INDIA reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke VIP memberships at its sole discretion.
• Membership benefits and services may change based on availability, logistics, or market conditions without notice.

2. Use of Information

• Personal details (name, phone, email, etc.) are used solely for membership management and VIP benefit communication.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

3. Marketing & Communication

• By registering, you consent to receive promotional updates via SMS, WhatsApp, calls, and emails from SPRODE INDIA or authorized agents.
• You may opt out at any time by emailing unsubscribe@sprodeindia.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

• SPRODE INDIA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses related to VIP usage or third-party services.
• Product sales and support are covered under SPRODE INDIA’s official warranty policy.

5. Digital Content

• Any digital content shared voluntarily by members may be reused for promotional use unless a written opt-out is provided.
• We comply with Indian IT and data protection laws.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
